Cleaning is limited to safely accessible areas. Unsafe heights, unstable fixtures, and blocked areas are excluded.

Moving heavy furniture or appliances
Moving heavy furniture, disconnecting appliances, and unsafe lifting are not included unless specifically quoted.

Hazardous or biohazardous materials
Mould remediation, pest waste, bodily fluids, needles, chemicals, and other hazardous or biohazardous materials are excluded.

Permanent stains, damage, and restoration
Permanent staining, etching, scratches, discolouration, worn finishes, repairs, and restoration work are excluded.
